Torej, zgodba se začne 27. 11. 2009. Dobim na dražbi navidezno dva kompleta Ruskih uniform VSR (splošna oznaka, dejanske oznake so cifre). Ves vesel plačam znesek 108.99$ (74.31€).

23. 12. 2009 dospeta dva paketa, vendar na moje presenečenje ne vsebujeta pravih uniform, v paketih sta dva kompleta novih uniform flora (zopet splošna oznaka, ampak vse se ve). "Kurc, zmotu se je ane?", si pač rečem in se začnem ment kako dalje (celotno stvar otežuje modelovo znanje "ingleščine"), si mislim "Manjša nevšečnost, ko ga jebe."

29.12. 2009 pošljem nazaj dva paketa (28€, har har), po mailu se menim z njim, model trdi, da bo poisku VSR. "Aj' dobro", rečem, sej, če bo kej narobe mam itak opcije na PayPalu.

9.1.2010 malce zafrustriran odprem "dispute" in ves samozavesten takoj na to vržem še "claim" (vračilo denarja), ker sem se nekako pač naveličal čakanja. "Kaj mi bo pa naredu? Vrnu mi bo, eto kaj!", si lepo govorim in smehljam.

23.1.1010 dobim na mail sledeče:

"We have concluded our investigation into the following claim:

confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the
case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund.

Shocked

Ves zmeden v naslednjih parih dneh pošljem dva maila z vprašanji (kao odgovarjajo najkasneje v 72 urah, jest' moj kurac odgovarjajo - ignoriše).

31.1.2010 pošljem pritožbo na to razrešitev direktno skozi PayPalov obrazec namenjen izrecno temu.

1.2.2010 dobim sledeči odgovor:

"Dear Čedo,

Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the case ID *******, my
name is Siobhan and I will be happy to help.

I have reviewed your account Mr. Čedo and I can confirm that the tracking
information you have provided failed to show delivery of the item to the
sellers address so the case has been closed.

We would need valid tracking information that shows that the item was
delivered to the shipping address.

If you have received a receipt of delivery from Lithuanian Post you can fax
this information to 00448707303194 including a cover letter stating your
email address and the case ID *******.

We can then review the information provided in relation to the case.

"O hudo, zdej se vid kje je problem!, budale so mislil, da ma Litvanska pošta neki s tem", vsaj nekdo je prebrou moj mail. Pošljem nazaj odgovor:

"Hello.
Firstly, I do not understand what the Lithuanian post has to do with this matter. The package came from Russia to Slovenia, and that is how I sent it back. From Slovenia to Russia.
In the dispute I have included links to pictures of the receipts I got at the post office proving packages were indeed sent to Valermatt, and the tracking number for the packages is above the bar code on each receipt. It is the same number I supplied when asked for a tracking number.
Tracking on the Slovenian post office still works (http://www.posta.si/), as does tracking on the Russian post office (http://www.russianpost.ru/resp_engine.aspx?Path=PORTAL/EN/Home/Postal/TrackingPO).
ON TOP of that, the seller has informed me that the packages have arrived (which was prior to PayPal's closing of the case), as shown on the picture in the link

"No, apel je bil podan, zdej lahko mirno spim, sej bojo vidl kaj so zajebal."
Primer se odpre tudi v nadzorni plošči na PayPalu, kar sem vzel kot sigurno nakazilo, da nekaj že bo iz tega.

6.2.1010 mail

Zopet se praskam po glavi, zakaj jahajo po tistih poštah s katerimi nima ta primer nobene veze, malce se mi že svita kam pes taco moli, ampak upam, da ne bodo glupi, zato jim odgovorim s sledečim:

"Yes I have a further question. Why doesn't anybody read what I write? Tracking will obviously not work for the USPS, since the package was not sent to the US. The package came from Russia, and was sent back to Russia. I have provided receipts and also a screenshot of the mail from valerymatt, who admitted he received the packages."

Kar kratko in jedrnato predstavi edini problem, ki ga vidim sodeč po njihovem pisanju.

Tuki sm začeu ratvat že malce rdeč, pošljem nazaj razumno sestavljen mail:

"I am tired of hearing the same responce, not addressing the information I provided.
Here are the facts:
-while the account holder is apparently residing in the good ol' USofA, the package was sent from Russia for whichever reason (either the account holder has somebody in Russia that sends stuff for him, or the account holder has somebody in America to accept the money for him, which is more likely considering Valerymatt's Inglesh).
-I have provided photos of receipts with tracking numbers that actually work on the post offices they are meant to, Slovene and Russian post office (http://www.russianpost.ru/resp_engine.aspx?Path=PORTAL/EN/Home/Postal/TrackingPO) "???????? 22 January 2010 00:00" means it was delivered on the 22nd of January 2010.
-I have provided a screenshot of the mail he sent me on eBay telling me he got the pakages.

I don't want the same corporation written response this time. I want somebody to explain the situation. If the rules say you shouldn't send the package back to where it came from, I am sorry, but I missed that part. While on the other hand, if the method Valerymatt is using is a violation of your policies, that is something you must take up with him."

"Če do zdej niso pokapiral, jim bo to že razjasnilo situacijo, pa nej bojo še tok zabiti", en mi bo že povedu, kako nej ravnam naprej in/ali sm do zdej ravnal narobe s tem ko sem poslal paket nazaj tja od koder je pršu (očitno ja, čeprav bi v obratni smeri bile iste pizdarije, ko bi on trdil, da paketa ni dobu, jez bi meu pa potrdilo, da sm poslou prazno slamo).

10.2.2010 danes mail:

Vendar se nekako obvladam in ne ratam Balkanski temperamentalac. Sestavim naslednje sporočilo, verjetno poslednje:

"So basically, you have left my question unanswered again. You say you understand my frustration and concern, but you apparently did not even check what I wrote, or you intentionally did not address my questions. Maybe it's because of the fact that each time I send a mail, I get a reply from a different person. Maybe you should keep the same person on the case untill it is resolved. Or maybe you should start hiring people who can actually read, and formulate a response that is not based on corporate lingo!
PayPal has proven incompetent, or incapable to solve the simple puzzle of whether tracking is for one country or another, and explain where the problem is in sending the package back to where it came from, and not to the account holder's address, and now I am at the goodwill and mercy of the seller who may or may not be honest enough to refund me himself, or send me what I actually paid for. If he does not, this was an expensive lesson not to trust my money to a bunch of retards who can't read.

Fantje, model je biu tok fer, da se je potrudu in mi zrihtu en komplet VSR in dodal floro. Čeprav mu po PayPal logiki ni blo treba. Le še ena stvar, ki mi vrne vero v naše brate Slovane in utrdi prepričanje v zlobo zahodnjakov. Valerij, hvala lepa. Smile
